This depends on the order, quantity, type of material is being printed, and where it is being shipped. Some custom orders take longer than others. However, orders normally take between 2 to 4 business days once it is approved and in our server. Shipping time depends on where it is being shipped and the duration of each carrier.
We do not charge to help design, properly plate, and set up the bleedline for our customers. However, if a customer is interested in hiring us to create their logo or vectorize their logos then we do charge a premium graphic designing service for $45 an hour.
Absolutely, We have a huge library of products that customers can select. In addition, we work with factories who specialize in creating custom products and designs to match the customers needs and budget.
Before any order is printed, we make sure customers approve and sign that all of their graphic and spelling is correct. We are not responsible for any errors, since we print what customers approve. We have had situations where we corrected spelling and turns out it was done on purpose by the customer. As a result, we print as is once customer approves work. Therefore, we highly encourage all our customers to double check all spelling and work before giving us the green light to print.
In order for us to match or beat any price, customers must provide us with the company's information, address, and invoice so that our sales department can confirm that the price is in fact lower. Print shops typically show customers the start price but do not mention all the fees and taxes when checking out. Therefore, we will look at the final price and not the starting price.
